Shipping Policy

We ship to both Canada and the United States. At this time we are able to offer flat shipping specific to each location. Make sure you also take advantage of our minimum threshold for Free Shipping. Making ethical decisions and trying to eliminate our carbon foot print is important, we use compostable mailers so make sure you compost after you receive your items.  

We are proud to also offer free pick or local delivery (with a small fee). Simply select your preferred method at check out. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We have extended our return and exchange policy due to covid.  Our revised return time frame is 20 after receiving your item, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at via e-mail. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
